Booking Policy
At the time of booking, a Non-Refundable 50% Deposit is required to secure your date and time. Fill out the Booking Form for booking.
J.Kelly Visuals does have a studio with limited color backdrops.
Props are Not provided
Payment Policy
No payments are refundable, including 50% Non-Refundable deposit.
Half of your total payment is required for booking to reserve your session.
Deposit is due upon booking.
No spots or sessions will be held without a deposit.
Invoice will be sent with deposit and scheduling for final payment of shoot.
Remaining 50% balance is due 24 hours prior to your shoot.
Once Invoice Is Paid it is from our understanding that you have read the Company Policy.
Late Policy
All parties should arrive 15 minutes before the time on your Invoice Form.
Late arrivals will result in a shorter session.
Exceeding 30 minutes with result in a cancelation.
If a client is late, the end time of the session will remain as scheduled.
Additional time may or may not be granted, for an additional fee, depending on photography availability. Otherwise, the photoshoot session will end at the time specified during the appointment booking.
Canceling and Rescheduling
Session fee, retainer fees, and deposits are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule their appointment times via email, and text, no later than 72 hours prior to the original appointment.
If a client wishes to reschedule an appointment, it must be rescheduled within 30 days.
After the second rescheduled appointment, the client will be responsible for a $50 rescheduling fee.
If a client’s appointment is canceled by J.Kelly Visuals, due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may reschedule the appointment, or a credit will be applied to the next session.
In the event of a no-call no-show, the client will be required to book a new appointment for the full amount.
Turnaround Time (Does not include Weddings, or Video Projects)
Image proofs will be sent within 72 hours via Gallery Link.
Image proofs will be unedited and will contain a watermark.
Watermarked images are not available for purchase.
Posting or sharing watermarked images will result in further legal action, as these products are neither paid for nor included in your package.
Please allow 10-15 business days for return time after the photographer has received your final selections.
Business days include Monday through Friday (holidays not included).
A 5-day rush on projects is available for an additional fee, but can be declined.
The client has 72 hours to choose the final images. After the 3rd business day, a $25 fee will be charged to put photos back in the photographer's work flow. A $10 fee will be charged every day after the 4th day from receiving watermarked gallery.
General Business Policy
Office/Consultation Hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. All inquiries will receive a response during these times, and responses may take 24-72 hours.
Photoshoot hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Sunday Varies).
Please be ready for your photoshoot upon arrival.
Sessions will begin promptly at the designated time. Please come fully dressed and groomed.
The photographer retains all rights to the photos, including the ability to post or share content across all media platforms.
Studio sessions can be booked separately through third parties, such as Peer Space. The client is responsible for booking and paying the studio fee. Please read the studio policies, including minimum hour requirements, as these policies do not pertain to J.Kelly Visuals.
Clients are prohibited from altering images in any way.
Filters, cropping, etc.
Clients under the age of 18 years will need a Parent, Guardian, or someone at least 21 years of age present during the session.
Please provide a driver license or other form of Government ID.
Clients may have up to 2 other people present during a photoshoot. Please keep in mind that some studios have an occupancy limit.
No minors are allowed unless they are participating in the shoot.
TRAVEL FEES can be issued Depending on Location.
